saturday lunch ideas
so my father is coming to our house for the first time this weekend (he lives 7 hours away) and we have dinner reservations at 5:30.
i want to make lunch at home but idk what to make. i was thinking ziti and meatballs but i was thinking that might be too heavy for lunch.
i have no clue! any ideas besides sandwiches and pizza???

you could do a couple of salads...do a green salad, veggie salad and pasta salad. or you could do a brunch and have breakfast stuff.

I would do sandwiches. Just get a bunch of cold cuts and some bread, and then some salads on the side. Keep it light, especially if you have dinner plans early.
