Sauce Question
I am hosting Easter dinner. I want to make my sauce Saturday night to save some time and clean up. How would you store it in the fridge? Can I leave it in the pot or should I transfer it to tupperware?

I always make big pots of sauce and store them in tupperware in the freezer, but yo could certainly store it in the fridge

i would just keep it in the pot in the fridge
the sauce always stains my tupperware...

the pot is fine as long as it is stainless steel or enameled... do NOT store it in an aluminum pot.... it will taste like metal in the morning
