sausage and pepper recipe?

Can anyone give me a good rcipe for sausage and peppers?

First I boil the sausages for about 20 min. I don't like spicy things so I only use 2 hot sausages and the rest sweet. I slice the,diagonally once they're boiled . I put them in a big alum pan. I slice up some regular onion as well as a sweet Vidalia onion. I use green & red peppers. I slice them and mix it all in the pan with some olive oil and salt. I cover the pan with foil and bake for about 45 min. Stirring occasionally. The I take the foil off and leave it in another half hour or till the sausage starts getting brown. That's it! Very easy.

My recipe is super simple and totally unoriginal.. I don't really add much of anything and I do not like them with tomato.

I put the sausages (hot and sweet) in a broiling pan with a little water and put them in the oven - turning every now and again so they get browned. Add water if needed as they cook. Once cooked through I slice them. If I'm doing heroes, I slice them lengthwise.. otherwise I slice them on the bias. I drop any juice from the sausage and any drippings from the pan into a large stock pot. Into that pot I add a little olive oil, some slice Cubanelle peppers, a few cut up bell peppers (I like the color), a hot pepper or 2, a couple of cloves of smashed garlic and a lot of Vidalia onion. Turn up the heat and keep turning the mixture until the veggies are softer (but not mushy). Add the peppers and then adjust with salt and pepper as needed.

I boil the sausage and then slice it on a diagonal. I then brown it in a pan and then add the onion, red peppers, green peppers, and a yellow one. I let it cook for a few and then add a little white wine. I let that cook down and add seasonings - garlic salt, italian seasoning, and black pepper. Oh, I also add some minced garlic to it. Then I put it all in a pan and bake it in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. So delicious.
