Saw "Baby Mama" this weekend

I walked out thinking it was a really good movie. I also had some anxiety as I left the theater. It stayed with me for hours..I don't know why I got so worked up.. I guess the subject matter is close to home.

I felt that way about Juno--and actually cried through a majority of the movie. I loved it but it just hit too close to home. I mentioned Baby Mama to DH yesterday and we decided it's probably a good idea to hold off on that one for a while.

I feel the same way-my sister said to rent "Juno" but I'm afraid to watch it. And I'm afraid I'll get emotional with "Baby Mama" too.

I wanted to see it but we never made it to the movies.
Do you think it hits too close to home? I thought from the trailers that maybe it would be able to give me a laugh about this terrible situation we are in.

I think it's very funny and well done and worth seeing on it's own. It doesn't have any scary parts at all but it does hit close to home about the whole IF situation but not in a sad way. Tina Fey's character is very upbeat and there is no crying or sadness.
