Scary day yesterday!! ( Long)
I went to work yesterday, I work in a records department in a school by myself which iam behind 2 doors, 2nd is door locked at all times to keep records secure, no windows, just me and rows of shelving with boxes. Well anyway I ate my breakfast rice crispies and then i felt extremely sick and threw up in my garbage. I thought it was just morning sickness and would be fine the rest of the day. Well 4 hours passed and I was starving so I went to get a bagel with cream cheese and brought it back to work to eat. I ate one half of the bagel and got really sick so I started throwing it up literally seconds after I finished it. Well most of it came up but the second heave a piece of bagel got stuck it my throat. I could not breathe, i tried coughing, nothing was working, couldnt call for help, I panicked. I started running for the door to try and get into the school hallway. I felt myself starting to almost black out and jumped up and down and in that moment the piece of bagel came out. I have never been so scared in my life. I just pictured myself dying, my baby,and no one finding me until a custodian came to clean my room..I was hysterical crying, pale and in shock. I wound up going home and DH took care of me. I scared him half to death when I told him what happened. Thank god it came out. I was very lucky and can not believe that happened. For now on, until i leave work on maternity I will be leaving my doors wide open. Thanks for letting me share my story...  Its def something I will never forget.

I think I had a stomach virus, cause after I got home I was still really sick.

OMG!!!! That is soo scary.
It happened to me once with a piece of meat a along time ago and since then I chew my food very carefully, it totally changed the way I eat...I also have water with me all the time and try to eat when other people are around. It's the scariest feeling!!!
