Scary morning, my tire blew out on the highway
I heard a loud POP and suddenly I could hardly keep the car on the road. Of course it had to happen on the high speed exit ramp leading from one highway to another. There wasn't a good spot to stop so I was basically in the woods, lol. I was so scared that someone was going to hit me from behind (I had my 2 year old in the car). I called DH, he called the police and called AAA. A state trooper stayed with me the whole time, and the tow truck guy came quickly and changed my tire.
That ruined my morning. But I am glad to be home and alive!

 That is so scary!!! I'm petrified that this will happen in the winter to me and I'll slide off the road...

That happened to me a few months ago, luckily I was 5 minutes away from work and one of the custodians was nice enough to come and help me change my tire.
