Schedule help from the experts, please!

Last night I posted wondering if I was overfeeding my DD (7 months) because it seems like she eats so often. I think what I really need is some help with her schedule. Can you expert mommies take a look at this and give me some suggestions on how to switch things around?

5:00-5:30 AM wakeup and nurse (I can't get her to sleep past 5:30 at the latest without a feeding Chat Icon )
8:30 cereal and fruit + 6 oz bottle BM
9-ish: nap
11:30 veggie or fruit
12-ish: 6 oz bottle formula
12:30: nap
3:00: 6 oz bottle BM
--this is where things start to get weird -
4:30: they usually give her about 4 oz of formula before leaving daycare
5:15: get home from daycare, she needs to nurse for a few minutes - don't know why. reconnection?
6:00: veggies
7:00: nurse a little more
7:15: bath
7:30: asleep

So something's definitely wrong with the evening. They swear she's starving at the end of the day at school, but with her insisting to nurse for a few minutes when we get home, I feel like she's eating constantly until she goes to bed Chat Icon and by the time it's time to nurse for the night, she's full from her solids and barely drinks any milk.

Help? Thanks!

to be honest ds is and ALWAYS has been an evening drinker.. he may go all day drinking 12 ounces at most and then drink 20 ounces just at dinner... up until recently he would get two bottles in the am at 6 and 10 and then he was drinking a bottle every hour after 2pm until bed time at 7...
