i have been getting them, but they just decided that they are doing a c-section, so i wonder if they are going to do one this week???

It depends on what my IV sonos show. Dr. H said she MIGHT do one at 38 weeks.

i had a schdeuled csection with my second baby and i had internals every visit during the last few weeks.

I will have to ask at my weekly apt this week. I am 37 weeks and have not had one yet.

I would think that it would depend on why you are having a c-section....I know a friend of mine that had an incompetent cervix & they never did an internal on her.

I start internals this week - including the strep B test, this week (36 weeks). I was told that even though I am scheduled for a section on the 17th of May, I could go into labor sooner, so they have to watch to see if anything is happening. I also go for bio physical sonos each week b/c of gestational diabetes.
