Ladies who had a C-Section, Exercise Question...

Were you afraid to work out again? I am so scared! I feel like my insides are going to get all messed up if I do - I know, crazy, but just wondering if anyone else had any concerns?

If you did start working out again, when did you and then when did you finally get to work out like normal? TIA!

I was taking 2 mile walks almost right away and I started taking Jazzercise classes about 3 months pp. I could have started them much sooner though. Are you in any pain? After my 6 week check up I was cleared to resume normal exercise activities.

I was cleared after 6 week check-up. Started going to the gym at 3 months PP, but started slow.

Nope, no pain, I don't know maybe it's psychological. I just think me bouncing around in an aerobic class is going to mess all my internal organs up or something. OK maybe I need to get over it. I will start off slow like you said, I go next week for my 6 week checkup.

I started walking immediately, but I don't work out ever, so I'm not starting now! More power to you though! Just take it easy, rest if you feel pain in your abdomen.
