I am always giving DS the same few things for breakfast. It's either Pancakes, cheese omelet, French toast, a bagel or cereal. I need some new easy to make ideas.

Re: School day breakfast
Wow, you ladies are ambitious! Mine eats cereal every day. The 1 or 2 days DH gets them off to school, he MAY give them frozen waffles.

My DD doesn't like cereal. Once in a blue moon she will eat it. It literally takes 5 minutes to make eggs and toast..

Re: School day breakfast
Usually I try to give myself 15 min to make them breakfast and pack a lunch. I like to have a bunch of options depending on how much time I have. On the mornings where we are running late, I will give them something pre-packaged with some fruit so they can eat on the go.
Mini-bagels with cream cheese or laughing cow cheese Toast w/jelly, banana w/PB PBJ Ham/turkey, cheese, spinach on a english muffin (I toast it first for a bit and then put it back in to melt the cheese) Breakfast sandwich (frozen) Oatmeal Frozen waffles with sausage or fruit Green smoothie (kale, spinach, frozen mango/pineapple, banana) Cold cereal Grits w/turkey sausage (frozen banquet ones) Oatmeal bar with side of fruit Eggs/cheese wrapped in a taco sized tortilla Ham/cheese lean pockets Greek yogurt w/bananas, strawberries, or homemade granola (I make a big batch on the weekends) Cereal bars with applesauce in pouch

Re: School day breakfast
As long as they eat I don't care what it is lol.
DD1 does not like breakfast foods. But, she will spread cream cheese on whole grain crackers, peanut butter on bread and always drinks milk and eats some fruit, so I am happy with that.
Staples for DD2 are cereal and milk, fruit, vanilla yogurt, frozen waffles.
