I love splits, but those taxes are 
You'd think the current owners would try to grieve them to get it to sell...

Seaford in general has super high taxes. Someone recommended we look there at one point, but the taxes kept us looking elsewhere.

It says Wood stove...It helps to keep your oil bills down but heating the house with the wood stove

I actually used to live on that block. LOVE the area but that is a corner house there is NO YARD! Taxes still are way too high!
