Sears vs. JCPenney for portraits (Poll)
I wasn't particularly impressed with Picture People when we had her Christmas shots done last year. I was considering trying Sears or JCPenney for her one year old pics.
What were your experiences?

We had DD 3 month old pictures taken at JcPenny and we had a pretty good experience for the most part...my husband did not like the photographer but I just paid her no mind...she got some really good shots of the baby.

never tried JC Penney but have had pics taken at Sears and I am very happy with how they came out.

When Kaila was about 8 or 9 months we took her to Sears. I think they did a great job, no complaints at all.

i voted for JCP, i've taken them there twice already and had a great experience-much better than KK.
My SIL takes my niece to sears, she likes them as well, they have different backgrounds and props than JCP does.

I've never been to Sears, but I have gone to JCP and was very happy and thta's where I'll next time. I do like KK also, but the price is ridiculous and I hate they put their logo on the pics. Walmart was a nightmare.

I did JCP when Jared was 3 months old. They came out really nice. Reasonable too.
For Jared's year pics, I went to Sears. I spent almost 200 dollars (yikes) and got a ton of pictures. But they had great backgrounds, props and the photographer was wonderful.

Ive just used Sears so far, and have had no complaints..the pics came out great and they were really good with dd.

I am going Sears at 12 for the first time, so I will let you know. Right now I am annoyed bc they ruined my Fathers Day surprise by calling my house last night and reminded my DH that I made an appt for today.

I love Sears. I hate JCP they did an awful job for us. KK is alright but Sears is def my first choice.
