Secrets...
Do you know how to keep them? And who do you trust with yours?
Not sure why, but I have this affect on people where people they open up to me, and I can keep a secret... though certain people tend to let pry into my mind to get things sometimes.
I don't trust anyone with my secrets... except for DH. And when the secret involves him, or keeping something from him  , I'd rather keep it to myself, because things usually get out otherwise (and the best kept secret, is the one that you keep to yourself).

i did...and i do.
But i have CERTAINLY trusted the wrong people. And it is amazing how hurtful it can be when your trust is broken...

I also take it as a compliment when people trust me with their secrets.

I can keep a secret if it is serious or if I am asked to keep it a secret but otherwise I am SO bad. DH hasnt had a Christmas or birthday surprise in 6 years!

I can keep any secret for anybody...I think that's why people always come to me to talk.
However, on the other hand, there are very few people I trust with my secrets (aside from DH that is). I think only becuase I've been burned too many times in the past.

I am cautious about who I trust explicity. But I do know whose those in my life are and why they have been in my life for so long.
I also know how to keep a secret and my friends know that about me. It hurts when your secrets are exposed and I would never do that to anyone!

I definitely know how to keep a secret. I have that affect on people too, everyone talks to me about their business. It's such a nice complement!
I, on the other hand, only confide with my DH.

But it is just sad that when you confide in someone...they tell other people....even sadder is when you hear about it from a third party...

I should have added that my sister is one of my best friends...and I trust her completely.
It's sh*tty when you think you can tell people stuff and then they don't keep your confidence.

I'm good at keeping secrets, although it is very hard for me to keep them from DH. So if a friend tells me something, it is likely that I will tell DH about it, as long as no one specifically asked me not to tell him.
For as long as I can remember, people have come to me with their problems and trusted me to keep their confidences.
There are very few people I trust with secrets though...just my DH and my two closest girlfriends.

ETA...and not only that...the third party person told things should KEEP THEIR MOUTH SHUT...especially since they are not INVOLVED

I'm very good at keeping secrets and I notice that people like to confide things to me. I won't tell anyone else. I tell dh everything for the most part but I think that sometimes there are secrets that are better kept unsaid.
