Selling on Half.com--getting paid?

Selling on Half.com--getting paid?
I told a textbook on August 1st, they told me I HAD to ship within 4 days, which I did even though I was not comfortable because Half.com hasn't paid me. Their payment policy states that payment will be mailed 7 days after the selling period ends which would put the deposit on the 22nd which is Monday, 3 weeks after the sale. I have not gotten any notification of a deposit and the payment stil says "pending", they have no custoemr service number....has anyone had an issues with getting paid from them? I am nervous the payment won't happen, I need my money.

I have sold a bunch of books thru them. Their policy about how and when you get paid seems sketchy but I have never had a problem getting paid. When the money is deposited into my account, I get an e-mail sent to me stating the amount and when it was deposited.
Thanks for reminding me to update my inventory because now is the time when students are looking for books.

I have never not gotten paid from them. Try to contact ebay and see if they can give you their customer service number.

Never had an issue. I always got money deposited into my checking account but it took a while. I never noticed exactly how long though.

Same here. I think it took about a month on average. And I think you can tell them how long your shipping and processing will take when you list your item.

They direct deposit 2x a month - the 15th and the 30th.
