seltzer vs. water
Is drinking seltzer the same as drinking plain water as far as the recommended 6 glasses a day goes? I HATE drinking water, but don't mind seltzer as much. Is it a good substitution or does it not really count towards the water intake recommended for weight loss?

It absolutely counts! I love Pellegrino and flavored slezer water. I drink 2.5 liters of water a day and often that includes Pellegrino.

Just check the sodium. Some are sodium free but not all.

True. I drink sodium free - and I LOVE it. Totally counts for water consumption. Thank the Lord.
