A friend of mine just told me she used Telaflora (sorry but not sure of the spelling) recently and everything was great. I sent a basket from 1800flowers around the holidays and it was a big headache...the basket was late and showed up in pieces.

I work for one of those florists. I wish i coud tell you "no, they're great" but they messed up both of my valentine's day orders....If you want to use my friends and family disocunt though, let me know. I think they must be good in the rest of the country, even if they're bad in their hometown, because they get decent ratings.
I liked proflowers, but i agree the delivery charge is high
