Senior Citizen Night out?
anyone know of any group/clubs/meeting places for senior citizens to go to just hang out and dance and just be out of the house?
my mother in law recently ended her relationship and wants to just get out of the house and enjoy life so we are trying to find some people/groups for her to meet new friends.

I know the town of North Hempstead has activities for seniors. Try checking the town she lives in.

Lives in Nassau County - but would go out in Suffolk as well as long as not too far out. Looking more for dancing groups. not events at a senior center. She likes to go out to dinner and dancing but its hard to find places to do this
