Seriously hates getting his diaper changed

Who wants to play in poop?! My son!

He's 19 months old. He has no problem making the "I'm making a poop" face then goes back to playing. When I take his diaper out and tell him it's time to get changed he'll fight me on it. He's this happy, sweet boy, but the moment the diapers come off he's in fighting mode.
Only when he's getting changed. If he's getting naked for a bath the boy will run wild screaming and laughing naked. He's a boy!

OMG Erica! Our boys are so alike it isn't even funny! Liam has been fighting us like crazy during diaper changes lately too! It's like a wrestling match!

lol- mine is still little- 8 weeks- but he hates it too- I was hoping he'd grow out of it- sounds like wont happen lol

I have been going through this with Tyler since he was 8 mnths old (he's going to be 15mnths) and I don't see it getting better at all. He will not sit still for a diaper change. He won't play with the toys I give him. He won't watch TV. Nothing. I am patiently waiting for this phase to pass!

My girls hate getting changed. I take out stickers or stamps and put it on their hands and it seems to keep them occupied just long enough to change their diapers. They go through phases of hating it to not minding it.

I have been going through this with DS for many months and I JUST found the solution!!

I watched Happiest Toddler on the block. It works for his diaper tantrums 100%!
