Seriously what is going on with this kid....

DD is really confusing me.

OK Monday night DD started vomiting at 6pm. She vomited 4 or 5 times until about 10pm when it appeared her tummy was empty. After that she never dry heaved or gagged. She slept through the night - some sporadic whining, but no crying.

Tuesday she woke up cranky and clingy. She ate toast and 1/2 a banana and went back to bed for a nap. She napped twice (which is rare) and ate (and held down) toast, soup, rice, applesause, etc. throughout the day. Wasn't her energetic self and clingy all day.

Today she woke up whining (usually she just plays), but never sat up or stood up. She just layed there. She ate better, but still nowhere near her usual and was very very tired all day (despite sleeping 12 hours at night and napping twice.) Again, clingy and low energy.

No fever, no diarrhea. She is getting quite a few teeth (but that doesn't make you tired does it??) She does have a cough. Sometimes its infrequent and phlemy and other times its short constant coughs, but doesn't seem stuffy or anything.

I'm so confused!!!!

Poor Hannah!!!! I can't imagine going through all this with her. I feel so bad that she is sick again!

Can you talk to your doc - maybe she has more allergies than first thought? It seems like she gets sick too often and not just "plain ol sick" its always something more severe.

I am thinking that her lack of energy is from the viruses. She probably wont get back to the same old hannah until she is eating and drinking the way she was before.

After you posted the other day we all came down with it.
Max is acting the same way, and I thought it was his teeth.
He won't let me put him down at all and then he goes right back to sleep on me.
I guess it isn't their teeth it must be just a case of being lethargic from this virus.
I hope she feels better soon-poor girlie-I bet shes had enough of winter.
