Serving Sizes (thought this might be helpful to some)
I am reading a book on nutrition and they listed some examples of what they list as a 'serving'
1-2 years old
Vegetables: bell pepper - 1/4 pepper (about 4 strips) broccoli/cauliflower - a small flowerette carrot - 1 thin carrot cucumber/zuchinni - 1 thick round including skin peas/corn - 2 tablespoons parsnip/sweet potato - 1-1/2 oz tomato - 4 cherry or 1 medium
Fruits: apples/pears - 1/4 banana - 1/3 of a large dried apricots/prunes - 3 grapes - 8 seedless mango - 3 slices raisins - 2 teaspoons
3-5 years old

Fruits: apples/pears - 1/2 banana - 1/2 of a large dried apricots/prunes - 4 grapes - 12 seedless mango - 1/4 (about 5 slices) raisins - 3 teaspoons
