Sesame Place/Great Wolf Lodge/Dutch Wonderland/Land of Make Believe?
For a one night stay with a 2 year old and a 4.5 year old, which would you recommend and why? TIA

Yes! I don't know if Great Wolf is worth it since the weather is nice t be outside. Should I save that for winter when swimming would be a real treat?

the great wolf is our winter spot and we love it.
sesame is ok. dutch w is awesome, we go again next week. never been to the other one.

We love Dutch Wonderland. It's perfect for that age range; is very clean & reasonable & it's not too far. They also have Amish country around; Crayola Factory & Hands On House museum.
We're checking out Knoebels in a few weeks in PA.

How did I not know this? You better talk to me about this stuff because we are wondering. 
As for Great Wolf, we love it, but do it in the fall when the leaves change.

Definitely DW. Love love love it and there's so much to do around the area. Land of Make Believe is great too but IMO only for a day trip.
