Re: Sesame Place questions about it please help
We took my son there last year for his 1st bday (and we're going again this August for his 2nd). He had so much fun! He loved the sprinklers and they have this huge "pit" for toddlers to play in. He even liked the shows. This year will be even better.

Re: Sesame Place questions about it please help
We just got back from Sesame Place on tuesday. DD is 15 months old and I didn't find a whole lot for her to do there, other then a couple water attractions and 2 dry rides. We did have lunch with the characters, which she liked and she liked the Elmo show.
The park is extremly small and very crowed, even on a week day so I can only imagine what it is like on a weekend.
We went monday and tuesday and monday it was pouring out but that turned out to be the best day because there was nobody in the park and my DD could go up to any character. Tuesday was a different story, long lines to see the characters, long lines for rides, etc.
I don't think we would go back again. Just wanted to give you an honest opinion.

Re: Sesame Place questions about it please help
We went several years ago and hated it. I was surprised to see how many people like it there on this board. Another board I go in, most of the people hate it as well. I found it to be overcrowded and just not very clean. DS was getting stepped on by the rowdy older kids. It just wasn't a pleasant experience at all. We didn't stay long and headed over to the Crayola Factory which was really fun!
I will say, I'm somewhat picky though and I compare this place to Great Adventure which I also think is not very clean and very overcrowded.

I think she will have a great time! They have pools, sprinklers, and the lazy river that she can enjoy. The parade and shows are fun, too.

She'll love it! We just took DS last month -- he was 16 months. He loved the "play areas," there's a big bouncy area and antoher area where he could climb. He had a blast!

Re: Sesame Place questions about it please help
I really think it depends on what day you go, we just went last month to Seseme and we went on a Monday and it wasn't that crowed at all, and I found it to be VERY clean! We had a great time! Just dont eat at there food places, not much of a selection. Bring your own food and eat in there picnic area!

We went last year & loved it. The park was very clean & not that crowded at all. (We went on a Tuesday.) My daughters weren't evena year & thought it was great.

Re: Sesame Place questions about it please help
My dd was a little older but under 2, and she loved it! She loved the sprinkler areas, the lazy river, heck she even went down the water slide in a double tube with me (they have life jackets for their size). Also there's a toddler soft play area, and a few dry rides she could go on (with me of course). I agree there aren't that many different rides, but kids this age can't do too much in one day anyway so I didn't find it a problem.
She LOVED the parade, and taking her picture with Elmo. I did'nt do the breakfast with the characters but we did go to the Elmo's world show, it was just like the tv show, she loved it! I also agree the food is overpriced, we would bring a picnic basket and eat at the picnic area (outside the park) next time. Also we went on a weekday when rain was forecast, so I think it was less crowded, I don't know about a weekend it will probably be packed.

Re: Sesame Place questions about it please help
We bought Hayden a few weeks ago, he loved it. He is 13 months. He loved sprinklers and the baby wading pool. We also went on a few rides. The Elmo show and the Big Bird show and the parade are really cute too. We went on a Thursday, but it wasn't too crowded at all. I can't wait to bring him back next year.
