Setauket Neighborhood House?
Hi,
Does anyone know the price of renting this location for a party?
Also, if you have used this location, do they have a working stove?

Setauket Neighborhood House?
I called them about a year ago and the price was $700 to rent. I believe they have one small stove

Setauket Neighborhood House?
I used this place for my daughters christening!! It was the best place. Full working kitchen and you have the house the whole day until 11 pm. We had the smaller room and payed 400$ for a Sunday. We loved it there!!

I love it there. I think it's very beautiful. I've been to a shower there and really liked it.

Thanks everyone!
I spoke with the woman and she said it was 700 for a Saturday evening.
I am gong to go take a look tommorow but from everyone's rave reviews it seems like the perfect place!

I never knew this place existed. It's so cute! It would be perfect for a birthday party I am planning.
The rules on the website say no beer though. I am wondering why wine and champagne are allowed but not beer? Does anyone know if this something they are willing to allow if I speak to them?

We had beer and wine. They don't want any hard liquor.
