Severe back pain.....am I the only one?

Severe back pain.....am I the only one?
OH it's so bad today.....
I'm not sure WHY, maybe from the constant picking up of DD and holding her since she wants to be cuddled.
I wish I was motivated enough to take a soak in a bath but I'm not

That would likely be the culprit you supermommy you.....
We're due within a day or two of each other and I can't imagine having to pick a toddler up on a regular basis at this point.....

Back pain has been my problem from the beginning. I think it has to do with not being used to carrying so much weight in front - and I am short - so I think that doing my dishes and cooking/cleaning the kitchen makes it worse.
I'm sure that picking up your DD all the time def. has to be the reason!

It definitely can I was in so much pain after hosting Thanksgiving and cooking more food than Martha Stewart herself. I was crazy and my back reminded me that night.
Later on, in the 3rd Tri, you might get backpain because the babies get so big and your back naturally starts to arch due to the hormone release. I find now that my back hurts more when I'm laying down than when I'm upright

I have some now - it is some sciatic and pain down near my cosix - it seems completely random and it comes and goes with no trigger and it can last from 5 mins to a few hours. Dr says she has probably changed positions and is pushing or leaning on something that is causing it. I do have to carry heavy files around at work - but that doesn't seem to make a difference. I never had back pain before getting pregnant.
Did you have back pain before? Maybe the baby is just aggrevating it?
