severe stomach pains, round ligament pain? alot of questions

I've been having severe stomach pains for 24 hrs. I saw my primary.care dr who sent my urine out for a culture thinking maybe a uti. Sorry tmi but had a little diarrhea yesterday and have been super nauseous. The dr said she thought maybe it was a uti a touch of a stomach bug and maybe some round ligament pain. I never had round ligament pain with dd1. Can you be doubled over from it? Anything that helps?! I'm super paranoid because at 25 weeks I was in the hospital with dd 1 for pre term labor and I'm freaking out what what this is. Of course dh just left for work and won't be back till 1 am and ok home with the 2 yr old. I'm having a cr@ppy day

mm i was having stomach pains, diarrhea too this week and so far no cause has been found. i'm thinking maybe i just caught a bug. from what i hear, there is something going around. hope you feel better and get some answers soon from your dr.!!

is it upper stomach or lower?

could it be gall stones? Does it happen after eating something fatty? I have had a few of these attacks and we think it might be - pregnant women are susceptible to gall stones.

Where exactly is your pain? Do you have an appetite? Are you vomitting? Do you have a fever?

Just went through an episode of this, and they ruled everything else out before saying it was round ligament pain.

They suggest I got to physical therapy.

Hence why I'm switching doctors, I really don't think they can do much for pregnant women.

I was doubled over with pain from round ligament. Like couldn't walk doubled over... I couldn't sit or even lay down. It was just awful awful pain. I couldn't do dishes or anything in the house. I literally felt like my muscles were being ripped off my bones.

there is a special belt that's supposed to help. I bought it.. but as soon as it came in the mail... the pain subsisted.

it probably lasted 3 to 5 weeks in total... left and never really came back. But later on I had sciatic pain instead.

I was definitely doubled over with round ligament pain at times. It was excruciating especially when I walked around, not while sitting or lying down though.

I have been having stomach issues too for almost a week. I saw my OB earlier on in the week b/c she was afraid I was dehyrdated or had a UTI. Checked my urine and all was fine. I feel pretty good and have an appetite, but for some reason I am going to the bathroom several times a day. My doc said if it doesn't get better or I cannot keep fliuds in to go to a GI doc. I think it is just another weird preg symptom.

Thanks for all the responses ladies I ended up at l&d last night with my history of preterm labor they were concerned so I had all kinds of test everything was fine just very dehydrated so I got a bag of iv and was sent on ky way feeling a lot better but they do think I have some round ligament pain which is still occurring and very uncomfortable.
