Funny, I turned it on to watch last night and when I saw it was that episode I changed the channel

I watched that espisode on demand last night too. I like him... I like her... together, it's kind of akward... she never looked comfortable.
I do love his accent though.

Oh I hated them together, he was to BLAH and she was to wimpy with him. I like the spark between her and Big, the "run for your money" romance. Aiden was to much of a baby for me.

I always wanted Carrie with Big. I liked Aidan too but honestly, he deserved better than Carrie, after she hurt him so many times.
that's exactly what I said... Aidan was too good for her. he was such a kind soul and she was a little too wild for him. I still can't believe that she hurt him so bad, TWICE!

Couldnt stand him....I felt so bad for her when she moved to Paris and she had to entertain herself all day (altho that's not that bad relatively speaking ) but she left her whole life behind for him.
I love when Miranda tells Big "Go get our girl!"

I hated the Russian and hated how Carrie acted when they were together.
I also hated that she ended up with Big, after all the crap he put her through they should have ended the show with her meeting a new great guy.
I'm probably in the minority with that last opinion.

I didn't like him either, but he was better than the Russian!
I like Aiden the best. Everytime they show those episodes I always hope its going to be different and she doesn't break his heart twice.
Kind of like every time I watched Titanic I would hope Jack didn't die.

This is probably what they were going for with Mikhail Baryshnikov. It would take a real jerk0ff to make you want her to go back to Big. No one remembers what a jerk he was to her? He treated her like crap.
Now, I have a thing for Russians, most of all my Russian husband. And Baryshnikov holds a special place for me, being that I always think of him in the "White Nights" role. Ditto for Gregory Hines. I mean, have you ever seen him dance in his hey day? Just, DAMN was he hot. And that accent.
But Aiden was my favorite too. He was just TOO nice for her I think. Too perfect. I blame her for messing that up and would have loved to see them end up together instead.

The only one I REALLY REALLY REALLY couldn't stand was Burger. I'm a HUGE fan and I find myself, when a Burger episode comes on, turning it off! For me, that takes a lot. He was SO annoying - and as an actor I liked him in Office Space so it is not him - it was that AWFUL character. HOW she found so much patience for him yet could treat Aidan the way she did sometimes baffles me! I would have told that guy Burger to shove it in TWO seconds and she would try so hard - annoying!
ETA: As for the Russian - I didn't mind him so much. I definitely liked when Big got her in the end but he was kind of interesting when he wouldn't understand certain things because of where he was from and she would explain it or just say nevermind - IDK, thought it was kind of cute.

Agree entirely. Baryshnikov was just annoying and Aiden was a wuss. I preferred Burger to either of them. But Carrie needed to end up with Big. The show started with her and Big and needed to conclude that way. Big was most suited for her anyway.
