Shades for windows that open outward, not up and down???
I currently have a 4 panel bay type window and each panel has a vertical shade. Only the 2 end windows open, but they open outward, as opposed to up and down. My problem is that I can never have the blinds only partway up and down when the windows are open, even a crack, because the wind blows the blinds so they're slamming again the pane constantly. What can I put on my windows to combat this problem? I'd like to be able to close the shade a descent amount the block glare on the TV and the sun in peoples eyes at the end of the day in the living room, but be able to get a little breeze in the room without the racket. TIA!

I have a few small windows like this, called awning windows.
I just have sheer curtains over them so the curtains just blow in the wind.

My mom has these types of windows and we are slowly putting them in at our house. My mom has blinds that she can pull up or down from the top or bottom so that she can still have air circulate into the house without people being about to see in. I believe you can get them anywhere but she got hers at blinds to go.
