Shaking.. Cant believe it is happening
So DH and I have been looking at a bunch of houses on and off and this week, we just came across one that we loved. I thought to myself there is no way they are going to drop the price in to our ball park. Well sure enough they did. I know now this week we are meeting with the attorney to drop up contract and all... then what is the next step. Im freaking out about the monthly payments i am a person that needs final numbers and no one seems to be able to be exact. arghhh is it normal to be scared to death when buying your first home.

Good luck with it! I'm assuming you had your inspection and everything is a-ok with the house?
Now you'll need to shop for mortgages too. Packing. Closing. Moving. All that good stuff.

It's completely normal to be scared.
As for the real number - when you get your mortgage locked in - they can say EXACTLY what your monthly payment will be!

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO common! I was terrified also and Joe and I sat down with a budget and it was better. Relax. It's the thought of owning..because our mortgage is the same as our rent was. Good Luck!
