Real nice.
I have to say I have a system that allows me to dial into my house remotely and control the heat and the central air.
It is so nice to have. I can just dial in while I am on the train from my phone and turn the air on or off, adjust the temperature, etc.
Great if I am coming home early I can turn the unit on 30 mins before I get home.
Or if I am anticipating staying out later I can turn the unit off so I am not wasting electric.
this is interesting to me. extremely.
your house is awesome. is that your hubbie? I may give him a call!

I am away this weekend but I saw it on the internet. DH said he has gotten so many calls and even had a client over the house last night.

Very cool. Does it have even more features that they didn't show? And I am curious, what happens if there is a power outtage, can you operate everything manually? Also, does any of it add $$ to the electric bill? Really cool features. the fingerprint thing is so uber modern.
