One thing I wanted to add.
I almost died when Mickey's wife turned around with the strap on! 
I was laughing so hard when she gave him the speech abt America and having choices and that maybe she's a lesbian now too, finishing with promising to kill him if he doesn't step up with his son
being Russian myself, this really did kill me
