my mom bought me these sneakers for christmas, do u think they help u lose weight? has anyone tried them?

I have them. After you walk in them for a while you definitely feel a slight burn in your calves. But you need to make sure you're walking in them properly.
They are by no means a substitute for really working out but I wear them when I walk the dog or go shopping
