share your home remedies for a cough in a toddler, please
DD has a persistent dry cough. I'm waiting for a call back from her dr. because it's going on day 4 now, but i'm figuring the only thing she'll say is that i have to (continue to) wait it out. She's 1.5 years old.
i've tried honey + lemon + tea, lots of liquids, not sure what else i can do. the cough keeps her up at night cause i'm assuming her throat is itchy, she's so miserable  .
any home rememedies you can pass along would be greatly appreciated 
eta - forgot to add, did the hot steamy bathroom therapy also..didn't work

Cool mist humidifier
Motrin at night
Bring him in the bathroom and let the hot shower run
Saline in his nose frequently

I use Hyland's Cough N Cold 4 Kids.
It always works - safe for 2 and up.

Her DD is not 2 yet, but I wonder if there's something else like this for the over 1, under 2 kids...
