Sharing a little humor that happen at work yesterday..
I was doing a mammo on an old lady, and she happens to notice my enormous tummy.. and turns and says "Ohhh when are you due?"
me: feb
her: nice, its this your first?
me: no, second, I have a daugther.
her: ahhh.. do you know if your daugther will be a Big Sister or a Big Brother?
me:  .. she was really sweet and didnt want to be like "what".. so just went along and said "ummm, no we didnt find out the sex this pregnancy".. 
It was cute.. inbtwn my day of dirty looks and snickers by other patients b/c they all think im harming my baby by working while pregnant, it gave me a nice giggle.
