Sharing a new chicken & pasta recipe
My neighbor made it for us the other night. Delicious! Just thought I'd share.
First you make fried chicken cutlets.
After you take them out of the oil, you put them aside and keep the oil in the pan.
Then you cut up an onion, some artichoke hearts (the kind in a can) and some mushroom (whatever kind you like) and cook them in the oil from the chicken cutlets (it should still have the broken off pieces of bradcrumbs in there).
Then you slice the chicken into bit size peices and add it to veggies to reheat.
While that's simmering, you boil water and cook egg noodles.
Once those are done, you toss it all together and serve.
It was so good! And filling! I love one stop dinner ideas where you don't need any sides!

Could definately do that with grilled chicken instead for a healthier version!
