Re: Sharing a room
right now both my DS and DD are sharing the first floor bedroom by our room.
Eventually we will move them both upstairs and they will have their own rooms.

Re: Sharing a room
We are going to be TTC soon and we live the upper part of a small high ranch. The rooms are pretty small. We have three bedrooms but one of them we use as the computer/tredmill room and we have no where to put that stuff. I am just concerned having a 2 year old share a room with a newborn.
Does anyone think it would work? What are your thoughts?

Re: Sharing a room
Jenn you are a perfect example. Is it working out ok? Does your DS wake your DD up?

well right now DS is in our bedroom in a bassinet so I can't really say.
However, the past few nights we have been having DD sleep in our room in her PNP since she doesn't have an A/C and when he wakes up for his nightly feedings she hasn't really budged.
I'm hoping by the time we put DS in the other room completely he will be sleeping through the night.
Does your son wake up easily?

Re: Sharing a room
My 2yr old and 5 1/2 mos boys share a room and so far it has not been a problem such as my 2 yr ds waking my little guy up from naps while playing in the rm, but as for the night time my son does not like to sleep in his bed (he prefers the couch :) but even when he's yelling my little one sleeps through everything.
