Sharp pain in groin/down there....
What could this be? Its kind of in my groin/down there...I am 21 weeks with twins. It is hard to walk.

I'm nearly 38 weeks and I've had groin pain for about 3 weeks. Im not having twins, but my dr said the pain is the pressure the baby is putting on my pelvis because he is low and close to delivery. Talk to your dr, maybe it's possible of of your twins is laying low.

Could be a round ligament pain. As long as it is not continuous I wouldn't worry about it.....you have 2 babies in there....you should be in pain!

I am 35 weeks and have this too. It almost feels bruised down there and in my inner thighs
