Sharp pains in belly?
Anyone get sharp pains in their belly? I get it sometimes on either side of my belly button. It doesn't last long but it is annoying. Yesterday I could not stand up straight for about 15 minutes b/c of it. This time it was almost like a cramp. I am 13 weeks. Should I be worried?

i am only 11 weeks but i had that a few days ago i mentioned it to the doctor and they said it was common to feel that with all the stretching and growing my bodies doing. Mine only lasted a few seconds though not to the point where i couldnt stand. I would mention it to the doctor sorry i couldnt be more helpful

Yep. They are round ligament pains. I had one once that made me cry. It felt like the lower part of my stomach separated from the rest of me. It was a really ouchy tummy day.

It makes me feel better to know I am not the only one. I had mentioned it to the doctor a few weeks ago when I had gotten it once and he said it is probably just my uterus stretching but I needed to know it was not just me. Thanks.
