I can understand the need to be thin when you are a model --- Size 0s and size 2s are to be expected i na way.....but THIS is INSANE!!! How anyone is letting her walk up there boggles my mind!!!

The fashion line (I'm missed it) who hired her and set her down their runway should be ashamed of themselves. If it's clear to us that the girl is sick and too skinny, it should have been crystal to them.

I just don't understand why they'd send her down the runway like that?!?! The dress is HUGE on her -- how can they think that putting her in it will help to market and sell their product?!?!?!
It makes me so sad that this is what is going down runways in fashion shows. I know this is extreme but there are other models who are too thin as well!
The designer is Guy Laroche.

I think that in a way calling her gross is just the same as calling me gross because I am very overweight. She's at one end of the spectrum and I'm at the other.
It definately looks unhealthy --
What upsets me the most though, coming from someone who has always struggled with her weight -- and I teach and she young girls in Elementary School obsessing about it --- is that designers would put her out there --- it doens't look good and I don't know who would think that it does -- and yet young girls are seeing this and hopefully they'll have the sense to know that it isn't healthy -- but unfortunately some of them won't. 
I wish the designers would get her help in other forms other then having her walk down their runway.

I totally agree - and I don't think using "gross" in either scenario is necessary.

Just as I thought...the dress doesn't even fit!!
I think this is similar to Jeal Paul Gaultier sending a model down with clothes too tight that don't fit.
Shocking just for the sake of it. Irresponsible to young girls.
