Sherri Shepherd's Weight Loss & Mag Cover
She explains that the secret was finding activities that worked for her (she went with tennis and samba dancing) in order to phase out her trainer, who she refers to as “the evil one.”
While normally we would care less about the crap Sherri spews out, we did take heed on one of her points we think is important for anyone who's looking to start dieting: everyone needs a cheat day!
"Sometimes I just said 'I don't want tilapia anymore; I can't even deal with salad. I want M&M's and Ruffles, and I'm gonna do it.' But the difference was I was gonna get back up and go to the gym and keep my commitment. I never once felt like I deprived myself."

I can definitely see her being a size 6. Her waist seems small. I really think she needs to consider a breast reduction. It seems she didn't loose any weight on top and doesn't look proportionate anymore.

Sorry I dont see her being a size 6 maybe an 8 - idk. I guess there is one label that makes bigger 6's which she made fit in. She definately is NOT a size 6 in dresses.
My thighs are a bit smaller than hers and I am a size 8 I can squeeze into a 6 with muffin top on display

I recall reading - somewhere - her saying that she is a 6 on the bottom but her boobs make her a 10 in certain items of clothing. She also stated she would never get a breast reduction.

I agree about the breast reduction...she would look SO much better. Why would she not consider it? My best friend's breast reduction changed her life! If Sherri thinks her boobs look good that big, she is mistaken.

I just bought this magazine and said the same things that you all are saying. Her whole upper body looks way bigger then her lower body and there is NO WAY she is a size 6.
Good for her though for being healthier
