cant believe hes gone

shes finally here!!!
Mya Jacklynn was born January 2, 2008 at 10:21pm
she was 7lbs 2oz and is perfect of course!!!
my water broke at about 12:45 on the 2nd after my doc appt that morning (doc said she wasnt coming anytime soon!) went to the hospital started PIT around 2ish started contractions around 6-6:30 gave in and go thte epi (best thing EVER!!) around 8ish 30min of practice pushes which i was joking around the whole time...15min of real pushing and she was here!!!! it really was an enjoyable labour!!!
she has been wonderful...one bad night at the hospital because she wasnt getting any milk from me...my milk supply wasnt coming in still isnt the greatest seriously considering giving up because its been so hard! had to stay in the hospital 2 extra days because she was down 17% from her birth weight...shes back up to 6lbs 14oz today so we got to go home!!! yay!!!
turns out I was a Jan mommy good luck to the rest of you, its wonderful!!!!!! i guess in the end is was totally worth the agonizing wait!!!

Congrats on your beautiful little  !! Im so glad you had an easy labor to - so did i and i almost feel silly saying that so im glad to know i wasnt alone lol..enjoy her!!

Congrats! She's beautiful. If it makes you feel any better, your milk can take 3-7 days to come in. You could always supplement with formula until it does come in. My pediatrician says he rarely sees nipple confusion.

Yay!!! Congratulations!!!! I figured you must have had her!! She was the same weight as Addison!!
ETA: I supplemented with formula once at night because I didnt like that she wasnt getting anything until my milk came in...and I keep doing that now. My milk came in around the 5th day or so...I didnt think it was in and when I went to the dr. she had gained way over what they expected....it definately gets better!!
