Shipping Baby Items Ahead of Time
We're going to Atlantis in a few weeks and I thought that shipping diapers, wipes, etc. ahead of time so we didn't have to deal with packing it all was a brilliant idea. However, I went to the UPS store today and when I inquired about how much it would cost (one box), I almost fell over - $300!!!
Has anyone done this through the USPS or any other company that they recommend or should I just deal with bringing it with us on the plane?

I doubt you'll find shipping to the Bahamas cheaper than paying to check an extra bag + tips for porters at both airports and hotel to help with the bags. Doesn't seem worth it.

I was going to suggest diapers.com too, they shipped our stuff to Disney and were fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Try asking the hotel. There may be local stores that carry US products nearby that will deliver the products to the hotel.

IMO - I rather just pay for the extra luggage and know I have it with me....instead of chancing it and not having it delivered on time when we get there!
