Re: Shoe size post pregnancy

I cannot fit in my shoes at 4.5 months PP.

I was a 7.5 medium.

My feet were so swollen that I had to wear flip flops in the last 2 months I was PG.

What happen is that the fluids build up and stretches the ligaments of your bones. Ligaments cannot go back to their pre-stretch size once they are stretched. That's why you may be a bigger size. It depends on the amount of swelling, and for how long, etc..

I am probably a wide now. I did not buy new shoes since I have a toe issue and I am wearing Crocs.

I hate that I have TONS of shoes that I cannot wear anymore. All my nice heels and dressy sandals. I probably have 30-40 pairs of shoes I cannot wear and probably will never be able to wear again. Chat Icon
