shoes for Disney in April
I need new shoes for our upcoming Disney trip. Are flip flops totally out of the question? Sneakers?
What do u think. Anyone have suggestions or pics?

I am fine with flip flops but since you will be walking a lot, you may be more comfortable in sneakers. I would bring both, flip flops for the pool and casual walking and sneakers for the all day walking.

Whenever I go to the parks, I wear flip flops.

Last year spent the 3 days in the park wearing my havianas. I think a lot depends on what kind of shoes you are used to. I could run a marathon in flip flops, I love them more than any other type of shoe.

Re: shoes for Disney in April
We are going in 2 weeks. I ordered a pair if Merrells. They are slimmer sneakers. I'm nota fan of bulky sneakers with shorts or Capris. I haven't received them or worn them yet but I think they are supposed to be comfy. I hope they are! Have fun!

Re: shoes for Disney in April
I wear really comfy sandals - I have a pair by privo which are thick on the bottom and cute and cushiony. I wore them the 3 times we went to Disney. I have worn my flip flops but we go from early morning to late night and don't stop for 3-4 days so sometimes flip flops aren't cushion-y enough and are rough on my heels/bottom of my feet. I am not a sneaker girl.
I have something similar to these (but I bought mine 3yrs ago so not exactly the same). http://www.zappos.com/product/7892713/color/3

Same, if not havianas I'd wear my rainbow flip flips which are super comfortable.

Re: shoes for Disney in April
ALWAYS bring multiple pairs of shoes. You need to switch off so you don't get blisters.
I always bring sneakers. I've worn flip flops, tevas, sneakers, etc.
I recommend a good pair of sneakers AND a pair of flip flops. My favorite are the Sanuk flip flops. They're made of yoga mat material, so they're VERY soft and cushiony.
No matter what shoes you bring, bring body glide stick and moleskin (cut it at home into strips).
Also bring newspaper to stuff in your sneakers overnight if they get wet.
