Short luteal phase
I am fairly regular and have a 25 day cycle. This was the first month I used Wondfo strips and I detected that I O'ed on Day 17. I got AF today on Day 26 (well technically it's Day 1) so my TWW was only 9 days. I thought the luteal phase or TWW is 12-16 days but I figured out that I may just have short luteal phases (or I did this month). Will try adding some of the natural ways to extend that phase (I already take B6 and Vitamin C!)
Any other advice greatly appreciated!

Re: Short luteal phase
You could have a short LP. 9 days is short, but not unheard of. LP don't typically change much and if you are pretty regular at 25 days, then it would make sense if you O'd day 17. I would track a couple more months to confirm. While average LP is 12-14, 10 or higher is considered ok for fertilization to take place. If it's consistently 9 days I would talk to your doctor to see if they recommend progesterone or something to lengthen your LP.

Re: Short luteal phase
I had a short LP after giving birth to my son. My LP was around 8 days or so (I tracked by temping), and my cycles were short, around 23 days. I was able to get/stay pregnant by using progesterone supps during the 2WW and until 12 weeks pregnant. Could be something maybe to ask your doctor.

Re: Short luteal phase
I had a short lp when I was ttc my first. My doctor wouldnt do a thing for me bc i was only ttc for 6 months or so. After reading about it and hearing some ladies on here suggest it, i took b6 and got pregnant that month. could be coincidence...who knows. but worth a shot imo
