Should I kill this woman with kindness or should I let it go?
I e-mailed my AP dept asking them for the status of a bill I sent them. I just received the nastiest most sarcastic response EVER all because I put the vendor ID # in the e-mail instead of the invoice #.
How should I repond to this?
Should I kill this twit with kindness or should I call her out on her nasty response?

I killed her politely
I couldn't help myself.
I do the same exact thing... and to make things worse I add lots of smiley faces.
Once on a Friday when I got a nasty email from a sales guy I also wish him a great weekend and hoped he had plans b/c it's supposed to be beautiful
I wanted to vomit
