Shout out to myself- Personal Best Distance Run
Ran 5 miles last night... Began this whiole process in August by walking a mile in 17.3 minutes.....
Very proud of myself.

Thats awesome! Great job!! The great thing about 5 is that its a lot...so if you run it often enough it suddenly becomes like no big deal...and then you aim for 6 or more etc. so your lazy day suddenly becomes a 5 and then when you have a lazy day you can still sit back and say sheesh...I did 5 and that is still awesome!
What I'm basically saying is that hitting 5 miles is a HUGE accomplishment and if you made it that far you'll go even further!! Im such a rambler..sorry! I'm excited for you b/c I love to run

That's awesome!!! I reached 4 miles last week and my new goal is to reach 6 miles by memorial day.
Congrats!! Such a great feeling to accomplish personal goals!
