I don't have pictures here at work, but on the few occasions that my friend didn't make cakes for the boys, we've used Audrey's in Sayville, and The Rolling Pin in Setauket. The ganache icing at both bakeries is TO DIE FOR!

That's beautiful! I'd almost feel guilty cutting into it. But not enough to pass up on cake.

This is what we plan on doing for DD but in brown and white instead of black and white and obviousy with the number 1 instead of 30
