I have three.
The Gucci one I use everyday to stores and short trips.
The Black and Silver one is Wendy Bellissmo - I LOVE THIS ONE. My aunts got it at BRU - There is so much room inside and so many pockets (maybe too many bc I spend hours trying to find what I am looking for)
I haven't used the third yet - at this rate I'll probably save it for next Spring.

I love the Gucci - but it's not that big inside so you can't fit ALL that much. If I am going out for the day to a party or something - I will take the black/silver one. BUT - exactly - the black/silver one does not go over the stroller so that annoys the hell out of me. I usually am at a party though so I'll just plop it on the floor next to me.

I was given one from Land's End as a gift in pink with DD's name on it and I love it, plus its very affordable.
I also love Loom diaper bags and can't wait to get one. (Saving!) But they aren't super expensive either!

I am currently using this Vera Bradley:
I love it, but it's too big to use with the new stroller I got. It won't fit in the basket. I'll still use when we travel I guess. I'm sad I can't really use it anymore with the smaller stroller.
I'm thinking about getting this one from Peg Perego because I just ordered the matching stroller:

It's a Ju Ju Be Sassy Stripes. Perfect for a few hours out. Not good for a day trip.

My sister has the sporty stripes (she has a boy)
I have this one (The Pack A Be) for days where we are gone pretty much all day/night, it holds a TON. I just don't like that's boxy. It's soft though so it smooshes down. The new style is sleeker, but I don't know if I like the features. I really wish there was a place that carried them locally!
The Be All is nice too. It's like my striped one, but larger and more roomier.
I really like this pattern..I want to order something with it, but I really don't need another diaper bag! Oh, and they all have matching changing pads that have memory foam in them so they are nice and soft.

I just ordered a Be Small in Brown and Robin and a Packabee in the Purple Paisley -- I'm super excited.
I also just got a Lexie Barnes SuperStar -- it fits so much, but is not big and bulky.
I hated my first 2 diaper bags -- one from Babies R Us that was bulky and didn't fit much and my Skip Hop that was too narrow and deep to get anything out of it. I finally decided it was time to spend a little $$ and get some nice bags, since I use them everyday. So far, I have been loving my Super Star and can't wait for my Ju Ju Bes.

I have this one in pink and get TONS of compliments on it. I love that it comes with the matching bags...i use the makeup bag for all my crap (cell phone, makeup, etc.), so I can easily find it in the diaper bag.
