I got this one from MetalPressions on Etsy. It's currently being made. Instead of Laucy it says Lauren and just under her name is says 8.3.2009 and i changed the chain to a regular one. I can't wait to get it!!

It's not a great pic, but it's so cute. DH got it at tri county and it has DS's name engraved on the back.
It's white gold with diamonds.

I got DS's name and a footprint instead of the heart, and the crystal is blue for his birthstone. I love it!
ETA: The seller is 3sweetpeas. She was so easy to work with!

DH is getting me another plate to go on a necklace I already have with our names and wedding date-I ordered it from Illusions in Sag Harbor. I forget the maker. I know the charms are Heather Moore. I want her necklace-but they are

I have this baby shoe with DD's name and b-day on the back. My parents bought it for me and told me they would buy another when #2 comes.
I plan on getting another one though  probably something from Etsy.
I was at a jewelry store this weekend and saw something I loved from Lauren K, but I looked it up when I got home and its $$$ and doesn't even seem worth it to me.
