ok, im sure this is going to 
but....why does everyone think those CL pumps are so gorgeous??
dont get me wrong, i like them a lot and actually they are exactly what im looking for. but i wouldnt say they are beautiful or gorgeous or overly anything. to me, they are your standard patent leather nude pump.
so is it just because they are CL?
because i would never spend that much money on such standard shoes when you can buy that style from almost any brand and price point.
im really just curious

I KWYM. I personally think it's a combination of designer, quality, but I completely like their look too. For me the heel is perfect, I LOVE the red heel & gold accent...add some color to a plain nude shoe.
But at the $$$$$$ that is why I put dream shoe. I just can't spend that on 1 pair of shoes

I just bought a pair of nude peep toe pump by Nine West at Century 21. I am not a fan of Nine West in general and I don't know what possessed me to try them on -- my guess is desperation-- but they are so comfortable I could barely believe it. Can't find a piture but they are super hot with a 3.5 inch heel. Love!

IMO the heels on shoes like CLs, Manolos, Choos, Valentino etc are different. Those shoes look different to a Steve Madden type of heel (I like SM so no flaming I'm just using them as an example) but that is jmo and there are other brands of shoes that are really really beautiful and aren't as expensive. I just notice that the style of those higher end shoes are shaped differently.

The quality-they are just incredible. Same with Manolo Blahnik. They are just so dainty and lady like and really hold up.

because i've heard from other people about various expensive brands that they are not that much better for the price.
if i knew a pair of shoes would hold up really well and be comfy, id spend more.
ive just yet to find any! and i dont have the dough right now to spend $700+ on shoes

Yea im sorry thats insane, I would never pay that $$$ for something thats going on my feet, but thats just me!! Thats literally more than half my rent
